• Swapnokutir is not responsible for disputes between users and service providers
• Illegal or prohibited services are strictly not allowed

Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, and materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of content you upload but grant Swapnokutir a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute it within the platform.

Privacy and Data

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Limitation of Liability

Swapnokutir shall not be held liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits
• Platform downtime, bugs, or technical failures

Service Availability

We aim to provide uninterrupted access to our platform, but we do not guarantee continuous availability. Services may be temporarily suspended due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues.

Termination

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
