You are fully responsible for the quality and delivery of your services

Swapnokutir is not responsible for disputes between users and service providers
Illegal or prohibited services are strictly not allowed

Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, and materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of content you upload but grant Swapnokutir a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute it within the platform.

Privacy and Data

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Limitation of Liability

Swapnokutir shall not be held liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Platform downtime, bugs, or technical failures

Service Availability

Termination

You may also delete or terminate your account at any time through the platform.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
